The drug is used for chemical and mechanical cleaning and treatment of root canals. In combination with sodium hypochlorite, it brightens teeth that have changed color due to necrosis.
EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) contained in the preparation has a softening effect on hard tissue by eliminating calcium salts of calcified root canals. It makes it possible to quickly clean and shape the channel and open the mouth of the side channels. Due to the content of substances that facilitate sliding, the preparation facilitates the placement of the channel of the canal instrument.
Method of use
Isolate the tooth that is being treated with a rubber dam. Fill the cavity of the tooth with the preparation or place the preparation directly on the canal instrument. Carry out mechanical processing of the channel, washing with a solution of sodium hypochlorite (eg: Chloraxid).
