Abscess remedy with dexamethasone is a material for temporary filling of infected root canals (purulent periodontitis, gangrenous pulpitis, abscesses), permanent filling of canals after extirpation of the pulp. Production of PD (PD, Switzerland).

Release form Abscess Remedy:
15 g powder + 15 ml liquid
How to use Abscess Remedy paste:
Mix 3-4 drops of liquid with powder to obtain a homogeneous paste.
After thorough preparation of the tooth canals, apply 1 portion of the paste for 1 week, which relieves pain and disinfects the root canal. If necessary, the treatment of the channel can be repeated 1-2 times with an interval of several days.
The paste should be introduced deep into the root canal using a smooth instrument or a rotating paste filler.
Avoid the formation of air bubbles and the exit of material beyond the top of the channel.
A permanent filling can be made after removing the last portion of the material and preparing the root canals.
After pulpectomy, the Abscess Remedy channel should be obturated. At the next visit, the drug is removed, the root canal is cleaned mechanically and chemically. After that, a permanent filling of the root canal is carried out with a material traditional for your technique, for example Endofill "PD".
Note:
Abscess Remedy liquid can be used to remove temporary filling material and the main tooth root disinfectant.
Reservation:
Contains paraformaldehyde and formaldehyde, which can be toxic by inhalation and ingestion. Skin contact may cause irritation or burns.
In case of contact with the eyes, it is necessary to rinse them thoroughly with water and consult a doctor. In case of ingestion, drink a large amount of water, induce vomiting, consult a doctor.
