Description: Material for filling root canals with dexamethasone - is a radiopaque composition for residual filling of root canals. The drug has high biotolerance to tissues and provides anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and bactericidal effects. Before hardening, the paste penetrates into the narrowest fissures and maintains the therapeutic effect during the treatment and until the final hardening. A permanent seal will never fall out or be resorbed.
