MELAseal 100+ packing machine Melag
The new MELAseal 100+ combines in one device all the advantages of its predecessors: MELAseal 100 and MELAseal 101. Efficiency, reliability and ease of use. After a short pre-heating period of 2 minutes, the bags can be continuously sealed with a weld width of 10 mm (according to EN 868-5 the minimum width is only 6 mm).
New electronics control the time and temperature of the welding, and in case of deviations, optical and acoustic signals are given. The stepless thermostat enables the use of packages from different manufacturers. During the welding procedure, bags of the required length can be cut from the roll (e.g., MELAfol) with the help of a built-in cutting device, which is much cheaper than buying ready-made bags.
