O-Bite - hardness for optimal occlusion.
O-Bite is the hardest of the A-silicone based bite registration materials. With a hardness level of 93 on the Shore A scale, the material is an ideal aid for creating precise restorations. No further shrinkage or deformation during repositioning, no uncomfortable grinding of occlusal height. This allows you to significantly save time, as well as provide greater comfort for the patient.
Due to stable cross-links, the vinyl silicone matrix developed by DMG provides the perfect combination of maximum hardness and strength. O-Bite is treated with a scalpel and silicone drill. The polymerization characteristics of O-Bite are balanced by the hour: the working time of the material is 30 seconds, and the time of solidification in the oral cavity is 90 seconds after the start of mixing. The fresh orange aroma also contributes to the comfort of the treatment.
From the independent testing institute "REALITY" O-Bite was awarded the first place among all tested bite registration materials.
