Your personal data is processed by Newdental in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.” Such data, as required by the legislation governing personal data protection, is stored, processed, and used within the framework of all legal relations arising between you and Newdental. All relations related to the processing and protection of personal data are governed by the applicable law.
By providing your personal data on the online store’s website during registration or checkout, the buyer gives the seller voluntary consent to the processing and use (including transfer) of their personal data, as well as to other actions provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” without any time limitation for such consent.
The seller undertakes not to disclose information received from the buyer. Data we receive: email address, name, avatar URL (if available), Google user ID; technical access tokens (access/refresh) to create/sign in to your account on https://newdental.in.ua.
Purpose: exclusively for authentication and management of your account/orders.
Disclosure to third parties: we do not sell or share this data for advertising purposes.
Token storage: stored in encrypted form; access tokens are short-lived, refresh tokens remain valid until revoked/signed out.

How to delete data/account: contact our support email or use your account settings (if available).
