The company returns and exchanges goods of appropriate quality in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer can:

1. Exchange a good quality product.

2. Return goods of proper quality.

3. Return or exchange a product of inadequate quality.

Terms of return and exchange

  • Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receiving the goods by the buyer.
  • Return delivery of goods is carried out by is carried out at the expense of the buyer.


Return conditions for goods of appropriate quality

Products of proper quality can be returned within 14 days from the day of purchase (receipt by mail), provided that the external product appearance is preserved, all protective films have not been removed, there are no scratches, abrasions, chips, traces of use and other mechanical damage, the complete set of accessories is in perfect condition .

Upon receipt of the goods, including at the carrier's office, the client must check the appearance and completeness.

The consumer has the right to exchange goods of appropriate quality within fourteen days, except for the day of purchase. If the product is considered to have been received from the carrier, no claims are made regarding the appearance and configuration of the product.


Return conditions for goods of inadequate quality

  • Return shipping is paid by the seller.
  • Goods of inadequate quality must be exchanged within 14 days from the day of purchase (receipt by mail), after 14 days please contact the service centers of manufacturers that provide a guarantee for goods.

METHOD OF REFUND

If the product being returned has been paid for, the return is made to the card from which the payment was made. Funds are credited to the card within 14 working days.

  • Refunds are made after receiving the goods.
  • Refunds are made to a card or current account
  • Refunds are made within 3 days from the moment the parcel is received by the seller at the Novaya Poshta branch.

Warranty obligations do not apply to the following malfunctions:

    - natural wear and tear or exhaustion of the resource;

    - accidental damage (mechanical defects caused by the client);

    - damage or abnormal functioning of the product caused by software tampering, opening of the device or mechanical intervention by third-party service centers;

    - damage caused by an emergency increase or decrease in the network or incorrect connection to the electrical network;

    - damage caused by using the product for a purpose other than its intended purpose;


According to the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the company can refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality, not subject to return and exchange.
