The medical cabinet with a bactericidal lamp ShMB 8 is intended for aseptic storage of medical instruments and materials (except plastic ones) that have previously been disinfected and sterilized, in conditions that exclude secondary contamination by microorganisms.
The basis of the work of the cabinet is the bactericidal effect of a special ozone-free lamp with which the cabinet is equipped. The lamp is a source of UV radiation with a wavelength of 253.7 nm, which has a particularly harmful effect on microorganisms and prevents their reproduction.
Under the condition of continuous operation, the ozone-free lamp maintains the guaranteed sterility of the internal environment of the cabinet and ensures constant readiness of tools and materials for use during the week (up to 7 days). Sterility maintenance technology reduces the risk of secondary contamination by microorganisms, saves energy, disinfectants and staff time, and helps avoid excessive wear and tear of materials due to frequent sterilization.
ShMB 8 is a compact table structure. Structurally, it is a frame made of aluminum profiles, on which metal composite panels with a thickness of 3 mm are fixed.
Equipped with one 8 W bactericidal lamp. The Viola Medtechnika company uses ozone-free lamps only from proven suppliers - Phillips, Osram or Light Tech, which are characterized by reliability, efficiency and durability (9000 hours of operation).
The cabinet has two removable shelves made of perforated metal with a varnish coating, hinged doors, legs for tabletop placement.

WARNING !
- it is contraindicated to store packaged sterilized instruments in bactericidal cabinets
- after the first loading, do not open the door for 30 minutes
- if the duration of removal of tools exceeds 5 minutes, the next removal should be carried out no earlier than in 30 minutes
- the required frequency of sterilization is once every 7 days
