An ultrasonic cleaner is a stainless steel container, on the walls of which are attached ultrasonic transducers (emitters), usually piezoelectric. The electronic ultrasonic generator supplies an alternating current of the required frequency, which is picked up by the emitters and transformed into mechanical vibrations.
The basis of the operation of the cleaning device is the effect of cavitation, when millions of small air bubbles are formed in a liquid in a short period of time and are immediately destroyed. This process occurs as a result of alternating waves of low and high pressure under the influence of ultrasound. Air bubbles, in contact with the surface of the processed objects, burst, creating many small shock waves. Thanks to this, deep cleaning of the tools occurs, which only an ultrasonic cleaner can provide.
