Suture material (PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene monofilament) 5/0 barbed OLYMP
Soft and plastic, easy to apply. Does not have a plastic memory. Easy to use. The thread does not form loops or twists. Minimizes bleeding in the suture area.
Scope:
It is recommended for bonding polytetrafluoroethylene implants in various areas of surgery (cardiovascular, maxillofacial, general), in neurosurgery, as well as in dentistry, plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Contraindication:
PTFE, like other absorbable threads, is not recommended for use in cases where mandatory biodegradability (absorbability) of the suture material is required.
