Glass-inomer two-component material for sealing chemical hardening with high aesthetic indicators. Excellent adhesion. Contains fluorine. Can be polished already 15 minutes after sealing.
Arde Fill is also used when filling milk teeth. The material does not stick to tools. Arde Fill has excellent color stability and edge fit. Convenient to work. Arde Fill has excellent clinical reviews. Working time ― 1.5 ― 2 minutes Hardening time ― 3 minutes Seals of class II, III, IV Color A2 and A3. Powder 15 g, liquid 10 g.
Arde Fill Glass ionomer filling cement for use in cavities of III and V classes, such as wedge-shaped defects, root caries, caries at the edges of the crown, caries of the proximal surface (tunnel preparation), as well as in the treatment of milk teeth. Can be used to seal fissures. Arde Fill binds to dentine and tooth enamel by means of the reaction of carboxylic acid with calcium hydroxyapatite and collagen.
Arde Fill has excellent adhesion. The anticarious action is provided by the long-term release of fluoride (within a year), which begins immediately after filling. Penetration of fluorine into tooth tissues increases their mineralization, reduces the permeability of dentin, slows down residual caries and contributes to the deterioration of living conditions for organisms. In addition, Arde Fill provides a long-lasting seal at the filling-tooth interface by having its coefficient of thermal expansion closely match that of the tooth tissue. Arde Fill does not have an irritating effect on the tooth pulp even in the case of filling deep carious cavities. Molecules of polyacrylic acid, due to their large size, almost do not penetrate into the dentin. Arde Fill has high aesthetic indicators. Can be polished already 15 minutes after sealing. The material does not stick to tools. Arde Fill has excellent color fastness indicators. Convenient to work. Arde Fill has excellent clinical reviews.
Application
Preserve caries-free dentin as much as possible. Due to the good adhesion of the material, there is no need to make retention undercuts when using Arde Fill. The shape of the cavity should ensure a thickness of the cement layer of more than 0.5 mm. The cavity is thoroughly washed with water and air-dried, it does not contain lubricant residues. For deep cavities, a calcium hydroxide gasket (Arde Dent LC) is used. Apply conditioner to the treated dentin to remove the lubricated layer. Leave it on the surface for 10 seconds, then rinse with water and dry with air that does not contain lubricant residues. Avoid dehydration! Shake the powder before use. Use two measuring spoons of powder to two full drops of liquid (no bubbles, hold the bottle vertically, slightly pressing on it) stir the powder into the liquid, starting with half a portion of the powder and gradually mixing a portion. To minimize the evaporation of the liquid when kneading, use a small area on the notebook. The mixed material is introduced into the cavity. The material should be slightly condensed. The shape of the surface is specified using a matrix. Arde Fill modeling time is 2 minutes (including mixing). When curing begins, do not touch the material. Hardening time 3 min. At the final stage of polymerization, Arde Fill slightly increases the volume of the glass ionomer mass. This quality helps to achieve a much better marginal fit of the seal. In addition, "Arde Fil" achieves a strong connection with the hard tissues of the teeth even when it is "unable" to establish adhesive systems of composite materials, that is, in the case of tooth root caries, non-carious lesions. After hardening, remove the matrix and cover the unprotected surface with varnish. It is recommended to start further work with the material after another 6 minutes. Excess material is removed using an Arkansas stone or a polishing disc lubricated with petroleum jelly.
Attention, do not use water! Coat the entire restoration with varnish to protect the surface from water for 24 hours. Precautions Avoid getting uncured material, varnish, conditioner in the eyes. After use, rinse tools with water immediately.
