5. Applying Gradia Direct LoFlo.
Remove the protective cap from the syringe nozzle. To remove air from the nozzle, hold the syringe in an upward direction, gently pressing on the plunger of the syringe until the material reaches the outlet of the nozzle.
If there is air inside the nozzle, bubbles may form during squeezing.
air.
Place the nozzle as close as possible to the cavity and, slowly pressing the plunger, squeeze the material into it. You can also squeeze the material onto the kneading paper, and then insert it into the cavity with a suitable tool.
When screwing on the nozzle, make sure that there is no material left at the junction of the nozzle and the syringe. If the material does not come out evenly, remove the tip and squeeze the material directly from the syringe to make sure it comes out at all. The material begins to harden under the influence of the light of the polymerizer or daylight. When using kneading paper, keep the material away from light. After finishing work, immediately remove the nozzle and screw on the protective cap.
