Latefil is used in dental practice for filling carious cavities of all classes according to Black, restoration of anatomical shape and for cosmetic restoration of crown parts of front teeth.
Properties
Latefil belongs to the group of microhybrid composites of chemical hardening. The working hour of the composition after mixing the main and catalyst pastes in a ratio of 1:1 by volume at room temperature is 1.5-3 minutes. The duration of hardening of the seal in the oral cavity is 3-5 minutes.
Seals with Latefil are characterized by low water absorption, high hardness, radiopacity, and stability. Due to the increased transparency and excellent polishability, Latefil is suitable for the restoration of front teeth.
