The retraction thread is impregnated with aluminum chloride 6-hydrate.
It is used for retraction of the gingival tissue around the tooth, to improve the results of the impression and the gingival margin.
Storage:
Polyester / Polyamide twisted fiber impregnated with aluminum chloride 6-hydrate 0.50mg ± 0.10mg/cal.
Packaging:
The dispenser contains 254cm.
Application:
- Cut the impregnated thread to the required length using the blade installed in the lid of the box.
- Apply tightly to the neck of the tooth and press into the groove using the probe.
- Leave the thread for 5 minutes in the furrow.
- Remove the thread immediately before the impression.
