Step 1

Teeth cleaning

Brush your teeth with regular toothpaste

Step 2

Filling mouthpiece

Apply one continuous line of gel to the face of the pile. Consumption of gel is approximately 12-13 syringes per 1 cap.

Step 3

Put on a mouth guard

Place the mouth guard in your mouth and press with your finger to adapt it to your teeth. The time of wearing a mouthguard depends on the concentration of the Opalescence PF gel:

Opalescence PF 10% 8 to 10 hours
Opalescense PF 15% from 4 to 6 hours
Opalescence PF 20% 2 to 4 hours

Step 4

Remove the mouthguard and brush your teeth

Remove the mouthguard. Using your finger or a soft toothbrush, remove the remaining gel from the teeth. Rinse your mouth twice without swallowing the gel.

Step 5

Clean the mouthpiece

Clean the mouthpiece with a soft brush and rinse with cold water. Capa must be stored in a special container for capa.

After whitening, it is recommended to use one of the listed enamel remineralization gels Tooth Mousse, Mi Paste Plus, Rocs Medical Minerals.

Whitening modes:

The most common mode is when the cap is worn at night.
