"Artinibsa with epinephrine" (Artinibsa with epinephrine) is a colorless solution for injections, which is used exclusively in dentistry.
Composition:
1 ml of solution contains articaine hydrochloride 40 mg, adrenaline tartrate in terms of adrenaline 0.01 mg;
1 cartridge (1.8 ml) contains articaine hydrochloride 72 mg, adrenaline tartrate in terms of adrenaline 0.018 mg;
Excipients: sodium chloride; sodium metabisulfite (E 223); citric acid, monohydrate; hydrochloric acid (to adjust the pH value); sodium hydroxide (to adjust the pH value); water for injections.
Indication:
Local (infiltration and guide) anesthesia in dentistry for complex procedures requiring deep anesthesia.
The drug Artinibsa with epinephrine 1:100,000 is intended for adults and children aged 4 years and older.
Special safety measures:
Before the injection, it is necessary to conduct a skin test for increased sensitivity to the drug.
The injection should be performed slowly, performing an aspiration test in at least two planes (needle rotation - 180°) to avoid intravascular injection.
Do not inject into infected or inflamed tissue. After the injection, the patient must remain in the dentist's office for at least 30 minutes, because the drug affects the ability to drive vehicles.
Release form:
Cartridges of 1.8 ml each are made of transparent glass, closed at one end by a rubber plug with an aluminum cap, at the other end by a rubber plug-piston.
