Description
Singletypo 4, extra strong plaster of the 4th class, 6 kg, Lascod (Italy) Extra strong plasters of the 4th class from LASCOD: Singletypo 4 Golden Brown, Kromotypo 4, are used
for the production of dismountable master models, partial dentures, implants and opposing teeth are scanned by all types of laser optical tactile systems.
The maximum accuracy of reproduction of details, combined with high mechanical indicators (does not expand during application, thixotropic, optimal hardening time, high degree of resistance to compression, abrasion and formation of notches) of models with smooth surfaces guarantees obtaining very accurate models for prostheses.
Thixotropy and fluidity
Lascod plasters have excellent thixotropic characteristics. The consistency of the material after mixing always has a reference level, which allows you to perfectly reproduce the details.
Excellent fluidity of the material on the surface of the mold guarantees accurate transfer of details.
Optimum results are achieved by slow mixing of small volumes. This technique will remove air bubbles from the mass.
Accuracy and Durability
Finely dispersed powder allows you to accurately transfer the details of the oral cavity from the cast to the model.
Accurate models are the secret to your success in obtaining very good prosthetic work.
Our plasters are characterized by high strength and surface hardness, resistance to chipping, models do not break when dropped. There is absolutely no risk of the model breaking when it is separated from the mold. Plasters are resistant to compression during the polymerization process, which minimizes the risk of gaps between the model and the prosthesis.
Field of application: removable master models, crowns and bridges, inlay/on-lay metal structures, implants and opposing teeth.
The color is beige
Saturation time: 20 sec
Mixing time (with manual mixing): 1 min.
