Ultrapaline liquid for opaque 100ml
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
VITALUMIN shade system.
The widest range of dyes and modifiers.
Fluorescence and opalescence of natural teeth.
Modern surfactants and dispersants are used in modeling liquids, ensuring high stability of ceramic particles in a wet state, as well as their good condensation. Liquids very well maintain the shape of powders after moistening; they do not swell even in a highly moistened state, which greatly simplifies the modeling process.
The weight of "Ultropaline" is time-tested. Clinical cases of more than 17 years of successful use of dentures in the patient’s oral cavity have been recorded.
STABILITY
The metal-ceramic mass "Ultropaline" is characterized by high stability of properties. The basic characteristics of the material change only slightly from sintering to sintering.
ADHESION TO NiCr and CoCr ALLOYS – 37 MPa!
Let us remind you that according to ISO 6872 standards, the adhesion force must be at least 25 MPa.
WEIGHT "ULTROPALINE" Flexural strength
The porcelain mass "Ultropaline" is distinguished by very high strength and, most importantly, high bending strength. This is achieved due to the very small size of leucite crystals and their high density in the mass.
Ultropaline dentins have an ultimate strength of 105-110 MPa, and transparency - 115-125 MPa.
PARTICLE SIZE DIVISION
This characteristic determines the shrinkage of the masses during sintering, porosity, transparency and rheological characteristics (modeling behavior). The weight of "Ultropaline" according to the values of this characteristic is consistent with the most common materials. As in most modern masses, 50% of particles are less than 33 microns in size and about 12-15% are less than 5 microns. This particle size distribution ensures fairly low shrinkage during sintering. The "Ultropaline" mass does not require significant condensation during modeling and allows obtaining coatings with sufficiently high transparency and without shrinkage cracks after sintering, even with slight compaction.
THERMAL EXPANSION AND METALS USED WHEN WORKING WITH "ULTROPALINE" MASS
The thermal expansion characteristics of the "Ultropaline" mass are consistent with the most common metal-ceramic masses.
The coefficient of thermal linear expansion of Ultropaline metal ceramics is 13.4 * 10-6 K-1.
For comparison, the coefficient of thermal expansion of other masses is:
Vita Omega 900 – 13.4*10-6 K-1
Vita VM 13 – 13.4*10-6 K-1
IPS-Classic – 12.6*10-6 K-1
Duceram – 13.2*10-6 K-1
Creation – 13.2*10-6 K-1
Carmen – 13.3*10-6 K-1.
The thermal characteristics of the "Ultropaline" mass allow it to be successfully used in combination with such non-precious alloys as Denta, Remanium 2000, Remanium CD, Remanium CSE, Wiron 88, Wiron 99, Wirobond C, Microlit N, Nicor, KHS, Celite and others are important coefficient of thermal expansion within (13.7 – 14.3) • 10-6 K-1.
