Delivery
We work throughout Ukraine, processing and sending orders in the shortest possible time. We offer several delivery options - pickup, courier and mail, as well as various payment options. The conditions are described below, you can choose one of the proposed options during the order process in the corresponding column. After registration of the purchase, our employee will contact you, and you will be able to clarify all the details of sending the order again. Terms of delivery of the order in Ukraine
Delivery by our courier service in Chernivtsi
- Delivery is carried out by our courier service.
- Delivery works for orders over UAH 1,000.
- Purchases in the amount of UAH 1,000 or more are delivered around the city Chernivtsi Free
The terms of delivery by courier are 1-2 working days. Keep in mind that if you place an order before 12:00 pm, it will be shipped the next day or within two to three days.
Shipping across Ukraine
We ship orders all over Ukraine by the Nova Poshta courier service (both to the branch and addressed to the buyer's door are available). Payment is made according to the carrier's tariffs. (From 70 grn)
WARNING! Nova Poshta can store your order for no more than 5 days. Don't be late, your order will be returned and canceled on the fifth day.
Available payment methods
Payment is possible in cash and by non-cash payment, including to a card account. You can choose the appropriate method when placing an order, but first of all, read the information below - some types of payment require compliance with certain conditions.
Cash
It is possible only in Chernivtsi, if you use the service of delivery of the order by courier. In this case, the amount is paid after receiving the goods.
Cashless payments
This method of prepayment involves transferring the amount specified for the product to the account. Payment details will be provided by our operator after you choose this method when placing an order. Please note that all commissions required by the bank for the transfer are paid by the buyer.
Transfer to the cardAnother way to pay in advance is a transfer to our Visa or Mastercard card.
After the funds are credited to your bank account or card, your order will be shipped. We will keep you informed during the entire movement of your order - from its confirmation by our manager to the shipment by the specified method.
Exchange and return of goods
To return or exchange a product on our website, you need:
- It will be verified that no more than 14 days have passed since the day of purchase (the date is indicated on the warranty card and receipt) in accordance with the law on "Protection of Consumer Rights";
- Contact your personal manager and indicate the reason for the return, or fill out a return application on the website.
- Specify how it will be convenient for you to exchange/return the product;(payment for the transportation (return) of the goods to the seller is made at the expense of the buyer)
- Tell the manager a convenient method of refund;
The product cannot be returned if:
- it was in use;
- missing or damaged product packaging;
- the product has visible technical damage;
- there is no warranty card.
Please note that the costs associated with the forwarding of goods and the transfer of funds are not refundable.
