C-Pilot files (C-Pilot files) packaged (in blisters of 6 pcs.) - endodontic instruments intended for endodontic treatment:

- for mechanical treatment of severely narrowed and calcified root canals: passage of the root canal to the working length with sawing and rotary-cutting (drilling) movements (the maximum permissible angle of rotation is 90 degrees);

- to ensure the optimal size and shape of the root canal for irrigation and subsequent sealing.

- to determine the topography, the degree of curvature of the canal during X-ray diagnostics

- definition of the previous working length of the channel.

- for probing calcified channels

- to create a carpet track during processing with NiTi tools

Features of the product.
C-Pilot file Anteos (Antaeos) - consists of a handle, a metal rod with a working part (the section of the rod is intended for endodontic manipulations) and a stopper pre-installed on the rod. The handle of the tool is made of plastic, the rod is made of stainless chrome-nickel steel, the stopper is made of silicone. The non-working part of the tool rod is graduated with radiopaque notches at a distance of 18, 19, 20, 22 mm from the tip for the convenience of determining its length on the radiograph.

The working part is a spiral with cutting planes and a non-aggressive (non-sharp) tip and is characterized by a rough surface, strength, flexibility and increased resistance to thermal processes. The number of turns of the spiral is 33. During manufacture, the tool undergoes a special heat treatment process, which ensures increased elasticity of its tip. Thanks to this, even very small ISO tools have increased resistance to deformation in narrow and calcified canals, which means that they significantly facilitate the passage of the root canal along its length.

An important design feature of the tool is the feature of the CC+ handle: The material from which the handle is made allows sterilization at a temperature of 270 degrees. The shape of the handle (narrowing in the central part and circular notches) ensures reliable fixation of the tool in the fingers and excellent tactile sensitivity. The pronounced ribbing of the handle ensures the stability of the tool during processing. In addition, the CC+ handle allows for a more even distribution of pressure on the fingers, thus ensuring their less fatigue, increasing the efficiency of the working part of the tool. A special hole is intended for a safety thread, which allows you to exclude swallowing and aspiration of the tool. The length of the tool is marked on the handle. The handle color corresponds to the size of the ISO tool.

A tool made by twisting a triangular cross-section blank (when twisting, the metal fibers are not interrupted, which helps maintain bending strength). The triangular cross-section of workpieces of all sizes allows to reduce the total cross-sectional area of the tool and increase its flexibility. The angle between the cutting edge and the longitudinal axis of the tool is 40°. The angle at the top is 75 °.

The symbol is the letter C marked on the handle.

The tools do not contain toxic, binding substances and chemicals.

A potential risk of use is the fracture of the tool in case of incorrect use.
