Silane primer, (SILANE) SILANE for ceramics, 3ml PENTRON

Description: SILANE is a liquid for the silanization of ceramic units and wooden products that could get into the meeting. It has the necessary chemical properties. Intended for pre-adhesive surface preparation of ceramics and flint joint products.

Silane for preparation for restoration of dental materials made of ceramics or glass. The material is intended only for use in dentistry.

Indications: Preparation of ceramic and glass products (veneers, dental prostheses,
crowns, bridges, direct and indirect restorations, fiberglass pins)
for further adhesive preparation and restoration.

Instructions for use:

Degrease the ceramic or glass surface with alcohol.
Apply special etching for this type of products on a clean, dry surface.
Leave it on the etched surface for 60-90 seconds
Thoroughly wash off the contamination and dry.
Apply Porcelain Bond Silane to the prepared
surface of the product using a cotton roller or an applicator.
Leave it for 1 minute on the surface of the product, then rinse it slightly and dry it with a light stream of air.
Porcelain Bond Silane will prepare the surface and make it clean and ready for adhesion.
If the surface is not ready for further adhesion, apply Porcelain Bond Silane again.
Continue the restoration in the usual way.
Precautions:

The material is easily ignited, use it with all necessary precautions.
You can only work with the material using standard protective equipment and safety glasses.
Avoid contact of the material with the mucous membranes of the mouth and eyes. If skin contact occurs, wash immediately with soap and water. If the material gets into the eyes, immediately wash them with plenty of water and
contact a medical facility.
Do not expose the material to high temperatures and exposure to light.
Storing the material in a refrigerator (above 2ºС) increases the shelf life.
The working temperature of the material is 22ºС.
Do not store near eugenol-based materials.
