Application:

In orthopedic stomatology (dental technology):

1. It is used for finishing precious metal alloys, chrome-cobalt, chrome-nickel alloys, steel, as well as for rapid roughing of ceramics, shaping and contouring.
2. The design of the cutting edges ensures easy cutting into metal and fast cutting of metal in conditions of low pressure of the cutter on the surface. Thanks to this, the cutters can be used for medical correction of solid cast and metal-ceramic prostheses in the clinic using the micromotor of the dental unit.

In the field of nail services:

1. This is a hard alloy nozzle (mill) for correction of acrylic and gel nails: rough filing of the nail plate, under the nails, correction of shape and length.
2. It is used for work on the skin: treatment of the cuticle, nail plate, as well as for hardware pedicure for grinding cracks.
3. It can also be used for peeling exfoliation, removing gel, gel polish and pedicure.
4. Allows you to quickly file nails, remove the length, model the shape.
5. It is more reliable to store nozzles in a special stand that closes.

It is necessary to disinfect, clean and sterilize the nozzles after each use and each client!!!

Milling technique:

1. Disinfection:

• after work, place the cutter (nozzle on the cutter) in a disinfectant solution (the concentration and exposure of the solution depends on the type of disinfectant that the manicurist chooses individually);
• clean the working surface of the milling cutter from the remains of material and sawdust using a brush for cleaning burrs (nylon or brass).

For more effective cleaning, it is recommended to use ultrasonic cleaners!!!

• rinse the cutter under running water and then with distilled water;
• remove excess water with a dry towel.

1. Sterilization:

• autoclaving: place the product in a kraft bag and seal it, place it in an autoclave.

Sterilization mode: 132 °C, 2 atm., 20 min.

• dry heat method: place the product in a dry heat cabinet.

Sterilization mode: 180 °C, 60 min.
