Some tips for using Jen - Duacem :
When carrying out bonding procedures, it is necessary
Give careful control of oral fluids to prevent contamination of both cement and recycled cement. A good result can be achieved with a rubber dam, gingival retraction with rollers and threads in combination with an evacuation evacuation evacuation evacuation evacuation evacuation system.
Place equal amounts of pastes A and B on the kneading pad. Mix the two pastes for about 20 seconds until you get a smooth mixture.
If the clinical case requires only chemical rejection, the working time we have at 23ºC is 120 seconds. Complete curing of the material occurs after 6-8 minutes. In the case of unfolding, the cement reaches strength after 20-30 seconds of radiation.
Apply a thin layer of the mixed paste onto the restoration on one side and on the surface of the cavity, then place the restoration in the cavity. Avoid applying excess to the restoration, as well as to the walls of the cavities.
Remove excess material with a suitable tool. Avoid excessive removal of material, especially at the restoration-fullness interface. A small excess of material can be left if necessary.
Please deposit materials with a curing light where available. When using all-ceramic or composite restorations, reverse the Jen-Duacem by directing the lamps through the restoration.
The restoration of this method requires more time, an adequate thickness of the restoration.
To prevent the formation of a layer integrated with oxygen, use a barrier gel. The gel is applied in the area of fissures after removal of excess material, however, before polymerization of the material.
