Riva Luting Plus is a glass ionomer self-hardening radiopaque cement modified with a specific resin.
It has excellent adhesion and a high level of fluoride release, which contributes to remineralization of the dentition and prevention of secondary caries.
Riva Luting Plus uses the patented IonGlass glass ionomer filling technology. This technology is radiopaque, chemically active glass with a high level of release of free ions.
The unique structure of the glass ionomer matrix allows fluoride ions to move freely from the material to the tooth. Low acid erosion contributes to wear resistance, the cement has greater strength, which increases the durability of the restoration. The material does not contain Bisphenol A or its derivatives. Therefore, cement does not harm the patient. The low density of the material layer allows for a strong fit of indirect restorations.
