Autoclave Granum Touch 18B Water distiller and packaging machine as a GIFT

This device is created in compliance with the EN13060 standard for type "B" sterilizers. During the sterilization cycle, data on the temperature regime, pressure and duration of processing are displayed in real time. Among its features, it is worth paying attention to the fact that:

• the device is equipped with automatic diagnostics and protection against excessive pressure or overheating, which guarantees the reliability of the results of the procedure;
• chamber capacity: 4 shelves / 12 trays;
• equipped with a mechanical lock;
• the opening of the autoclave occurs from above, which guarantees convenient cleaning of the container, removal of waste water, which meets the EN13060 standard;

Vacuum drying and sterilization programs

Vacuum drying allows for minimal residual moisture after the autoclaving cycle (less than 0.2%). The kit may include a mini-printer. It allows you to get a report on the sterilization process in printed form.

The device is equipped with 4 basic sterilization programs, each of which is designed for a certain type of material. The complete sterilization process can last from 16 to 47 minutes.

Sterilization programs:

1. Unwrapped. It is used for processing unpackaged solid materials and reusable tools. The cycle takes place at a temperature of 34°C and includes 4 minutes of sterilization, one-time vacuuming and 9 minutes of vacuum drying.
2. Wrapped. Designed for sterilization of packaged solid materials and reusable instruments. It takes place at a temperature of 134°C and includes 5 minutes of sterilization, three times vacuuming and 9 minutes of vacuum drying.
3. Prion. This program is necessary for processing virus-infected tools. It takes place at a temperature of 134°C and includes 18 minutes of sterilization, three times vacuuming, as well as 9 minutes of vacuum drying.
4. Porous. It is used for processing empty materials, medical cotton and tools. It takes place at a temperature of 121°C and includes 20 minutes of sterilization, three times vacuuming and 18 minutes of vacuum drying.

Software and additional functions

The sterilizer of this model is equipped with BOWIE & DICK test software. It automatically measures the depth of penetration of water vapor, checks the correct functioning of the device when sterilizing empty materials and tools.

In addition, this sterilizer has several additional functions that optimize its operation:

• vacuum test. Necessary to check the effectiveness of the vacuum pump, the tightness of the pneumatic circuit;
• indication of the duration of the sterilization cycle;
• filling with water can take place in automatic and manual mode;
• device management is facilitated by displaying an error message;
• determination and visualization on the display of the level of working / waste water;
• Japanese temperature sensors guarantee the most accurate readings.
