Artificially synthesized monofilament thread that does not dissolve.
Characteristics : One of the main advantages of polyamide threads is their hypoallergenicity. This means that suture threads do not cause an allergic reaction and do not have a toxic effect on the body. Polyamide mononit has a non-porous structure, good biocompatibility, easily passes through soft tissues. Consists of a single integral fiber, smooth, high elasticity and strength, resistance to tears and abrasion, later the threads are simply and quickly removed, thanks to the smoothness, plasticity and lightness of the synthetic material. Polyamide mononit holds the knot well. Suture material made of polyamide is soft and comfortable for the patient by its properties.
