EVERX Flow is a flowable composite dentin substitute reinforced with a short glass fiber. It was the introduction of fibers into the composition that made it possible to bring the material as close as possible to dentin in terms of mechanical characteristics. When performing large-scale direct composite restorations (in the absence of 2 or more walls), this is an irreplaceable advantage.
Features and benefits:
✔ Glass fibers prevent the spread of cracks in the body of the restoration and tooth tissues,
✔ The resistance of the material to cracking, which is equal to the value of this characteristic in dentin and almost twice exceeds this parameter in traditional composites,
✔ The material can be applied and polymerized in a layer up to 5.5 mm (BULK shade) and 2 mm (DENTIN shade),
✔ Minimal shrinkage,
✔ Good thixotropy,
✔ Reliable marginal adhesion to both composite and tooth tissues.
EVERX Flow will be especially useful in those situations when, for some reason, the doctor performs a direct composite restoration instead of an orthopedic one.
With a large volume and thickness of the layer, the structure or wall of the tooth may crack due to insufficient elasticity of traditional composite materials. Especially if we are talking about depulped teeth. In this case, the use of a dentin-like material - EVERX Flow - would be very appropriate. The BULK shade can be applied in layers up to 5.5 mm and is ideal for deep cavities or when you need to speed up the procedure.
The shade DENTIN has a higher opacity and requires standard layering (no more than 2 mm). It is the best choice if you want to achieve the most aesthetic results in the chewing area.
WARNING!
Lamination of EVERX Flow restorative composite is mandatory.
