INDICATIONS FOR APPLICATION
Caries prevention.
Fluoridation of teeth.
Decreased sensitivity in areas adjacent to root canals.
Protection against carious lesions in cervical regions.
Local fluoridation after conventional therapeutic procedures and polishing.
Local suppression of bacterial activity.
Postoperative treatment of etched enamel.
Isolation of the tooth surface after mechanical processing.
Isolation of cavities, if necessary, creation of a protective barrier.
Sealing of dentinal tubules.
ADVANTAGES
Photopolymer varnish.
Contains an active microsuspension of calcium fluoride and bioactive glass containing calcium fluoride phosphate.
The optimal fluidity of the drug allows you to form a fairly thin layer, which is quite convenient, especially when protecting areas adjacent to root canals.
The component drugs are suppliers of fluorine, calcium and phosphorus ions, which saturate tooth tissues and have a pronounced therapeutic and preventive effect.
Biflu-Jen LC also contains thymol, which has a pronounced antibacterial effect.
The drug is transparent and does not change the color of the teeth.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
- Surfaces to be treated with Biflu-Jen LC must be thoroughly cleaned and air-dried.
- Apply a drop or two to a kneading pad.
- Using an applicator, apply the drug in a thin layer to the surface to be treated. Avoid forming too thick a layer.
- Allow the varnish to penetrate the tooth tissue for a few seconds and then dry the treated surface using an air jet.
- Cure the ball application with a photopolymerizer (usually 10 seconds is enough).
- Remove the oxygen-inhibited bead with a cotton ball.
- With proper application and proper care of the oral cavity, the material remains on the surface of the teeth for several weeks.
- To apply to the bottom of the cavity, place a drop of Biflu-Jen LC on the application brush and apply a layer of varnish to the walls of the prepared cavity.
- Allow the varnish to penetrate the tooth tissue for a few seconds and then dry the treated surface using an air jet.
- As a result, Biflu-Jen LC forms a film that is insoluble in water.
- Application of Biflu-Jen LC is followed by a standard therapeutic procedure.
