DESCRIPTION

This combination of spherical nanofillers of different sizes made it possible to:

- Create a material with exceptional manual properties. The material is soft and, at the same time, does not stick to the instrument, which greatly facilitates its adaptation in the cavity, especially at the “tooth tissue - restoration” boundary;

- Increase the bending strength of the material by 10%;

- Increase the radiopacity of the material due to the presence of ZrO2 in the composition of zirconium dioxide;

- Impove the polishing properties of the material;

- Increase the abrasion resistance of the material due to a selected combination of spherical nanofillers, in particular the presence of spherical zirconium dioxide.

• The average size of the spherical SiO2 nanofiller is 40 nm;
• The average particle size of Zr-Si nanofiller is 100 nm;
• The average nanocluster particle size is 350 nm;
• The average particle size of the prepolymerized microcluster is 15 μm;
• Solubility in water - less than 2.5 μg/mm3;
• Water sorption - less than 10.0 μg/mm3
