RubiFil 5pcs syringe+bond+gel

Rubifil is a polymer-based restoration material.

Light-curing nanohybrid radiopaque restorative composite based on resin for anterior and lateral restorations.

Compound:

Bes-GMA resin based. Methacrylate polymers (20%).

Inorganic fillers (80%)

The filler particle size is 0.02–0.7 microns. Fillers contain barium glass, mixed oxides and copolymers, photoinitiators and stabilizers.

Indications for use

frontal restorations (Anterior) (class III, IV)

restoration of the frontal group of teeth (Posterior) (class 1, II)

class V restorations (cervical caries, root erosion, wedge-shaped defects)

Blame altered anterior teeth.

Preventive restorations of molars and premolars

Repair of composite and ceramic veneers

Selection of shades:

Choose the right shade with Vita during daylight.

To better determine the shade, brush your teeth. Shade (you need to choose the color when the tooth is still wet).

Application:

Prepare the cavity for the composite restoration. The cavity must be clean and dry. Apply the composite after etching and bonding. Place the composite into the cavity with a pitch of no more than 2 mm inside the cavity. Use a non-metallic tool. Transparent matrix strips can be used. Place the cap on the syringe immediately after

usage.

Cure each layer using a halogen lamp (≥350

mW/cm2), LED (2850 mW/cm2).

Polymerization wavelength 470+20 mm.

Polymerization time:

20 sec. for light shades (400-1000 W/cm?) / 10 seconds (>1000

mW/cm*) (for example, A1, A2, A3)

40 sec. for dark shades (400-1000 W/cm?) / 20 seconds (>1000

mW/cm*)(for example, A3.5, B3)

Finishing:

Develop the outline with finishing diamonds and stones. Polish

until shine with

disc or rubber band. Finishing of the interproximal spaces is performed with fine-grained counter-grinding abrasives.

Warning:

Close the cap on the syringe immediately after use! After use, tighten the syringe screw 1/4 to reduce the stress on the composite material. Do not use resin to adjust the viscosity of the composite material. Do not store composite material near products containing eugenol or allow composite material to come into contact with materials containing eugenol. Eugenol can impair the polymerization of the composite and lead to discoloration.

Prevention and warning measures:

Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. In case of an allergic reaction, consult a doctor. In case of contact with eyes, consult a doctor. if the patient has a blind acamnesis, mine should not be used. Keep the material out of the reach of children.

Use safety gloves and non-contact application. If swallowed, consult a doctor.

Do not freeze. Do not expose to direct light or other

heat source closed syringe cap on the syringe behind you.

Shelf life: 2 years at temperatures not exceeding 23°C.

Contraindications:

The use of the above materials is contraindicated if a dry working field is not possible.
