Description:

Nano Light Curing.

Light-cured nanohybrid composite RubyExcellence

Bis-GMA nanohybrid composite based on resin.

Methacrylate polymers (20%). Inorganic fillers (80%6).

The filler particle size is 0.02–0.7 microns.

Fillers contain barium glass, mixed oxides and copolymers, photoinitiators and stabilizers.

Indications for use:

frontal restorations (class III, IV)

coronal restorations (class 1.11)

Blame altered anterior teeth.

Preventive restorations of molars and premillars.

Repair of composite and ceramic veneers.

Choice of shades:

Choose the right shade using Vita in daylight conditions. To better determine the shade, clean your teeth; the shade should be selected when the tooth is still wet.

Application:

Prepare the cavity for composite restoration. The cavity must be cleaned and dry. Apply the composite after etching and bonding. Place the composite in a layer of no more than 2 mm into the cavity. Use a non-metallic tool.

Transparent matrix strips can be used. Replace the cap on the syringe immediately after use. Polymerize each layer with a halogen lamp (2350 mW/cm2), LED (≥

850 mW/cm2).

Polymerization wavelength 470+20 mm.

Curing time:

20 sec. for light shades (400-1000 W/cm?) / 10 seconds (>1000

mW/cm')

(for example, A1, A2, A3) 40 sec. for dark shades (400-1000

W/cm?)/20 sec. (>1000mW/cm?) (for example, A3.5.83)

Finishing:

Finishing with finishing diamonds or stones.

Polish to a high shine using discs or rubber bands. Intermaximal finishing is carried out using fine-grained finishing sanding belts.

Note:

Place the cap on the syringe immediately after use! After use, tighten the syringe screw 1/4 to reduce the stress on the composite material. Do not use resin to adjust the viscosity of the composite material. Do not store the composite material near products containing eugenol, and do not allow the composite material to come into contact with materials containing eugenol. Eugenol may impair the curing of the composite and may cause changes

colors.

Prevention and warning:

Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If material comes into contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. In case of an allergic reaction, consult a doctor. If the product gets into your eyes, consult a doctor. If the patient has a history of allergies, it should not be used. Keep the material out of the reach of children. Use protective

gloves and non-contact method of application.

Storage:

Do not freeze. Do not expose to direct light or other heat source. Keep the cap on the syringe closed. Shelf life 2 years at a temperature not exceeding 23 °C.

Contraindications:

The use of the above materials is contraindicated if dry

the working field cannot be set.
