• The versatility of the wedges and their characteristics: with a V-like tooth shape, it is possible to place the wedges on both sides without any problems. The thin ribs of the wedge near the spine compress and expand when applied, minimizing damage to soft tissues.
The PalodentPlus system is modified on the basis of the previous one, now the skin element is updated and unique in its own way:
- Wedges - 3 sizes, anatomical, plastic, V-shaped. They squeeze firmly, which allows them to be easily placed in the interdental spaces and, most importantly, the damage is clear.
- Wedges with a “wedge-guard” dry plate for isolating the existing intact tooth, ceramic crown and veneer during preparation. After preparing the dryness, the plate can be pulled out and the wedge can be twisted for further installation of the matrix system.
- Matrices 30 microns thick with perforated elements of 4 sizes:
3.5 mm - for baby teeth and premolars
4.5 mm - for premolars
5.5 mm - for molars and most restorations of class II
6.5 mm with tongue under clear - for deep and large empty loads.
The matrices have an ash ridge and an enamel roll in their structure, which makes it possible for the eye to take the correct anatomical shape. The perforated parts of the matrix and wedges allow you to easily insert and pull them using specially cut tweezers. Smoothing on the working surface of the plugger will ensure reliable fixation, insertion and removal of the skin element. With the twisted design of the tweezers, the doctor’s hand is always relaxed.
* Nickel titanium rings have increased strength and shape memory. Wrap the plastic working part with V-like legs, which fit neatly onto the wedge.
Two types of rings - universal (for molars and premolars) and narrow (for premolars and baby teeth). Vitrify up to 1000 autoclave cycles.
