Deep fluoridation drug

Indications for use:

prevention and treatment of enamel caries, also when using bracket systems (orthodontic structures)
mineral sealing of fissures, preserving tooth tissue as much as possible
prevention of non-carious enamel lesions
treatment of initial caries in the spot stage
long-term remineralization also in hard-to-reach places, white spots disappear

Enamel-sealing liquid (Deep Fluoride®) provides deep fluoridation and mineral sealing of enamel pores. Deep fluoridation means the formation of submicroscopic CaF2 crystals in the depth (inside) of the pores of the loosened enamel zone.

Features and benefits:

Two liquids:

Preparation No. 1: 20 (5) ml of liquid for the first treatment
Preparation No. 2: 20 (5) ml of liquid for the second treatment

The composition of drug No. 1: anhydrous magnesium fluorine silicate, anhydrous copper fluorine silicate, sodium fluoride (as a stabilizer), distilled water.

Composition of drug No. 2: highly dispersed calcium hydroxide, methylcellulose, distilled water.

Application:

Plaque is removed with a toothbrush and the teeth are relatively dried with warm air, then deep fluoridation of the enamel or solid substance of the tooth neck can be carried out.
Then the tooth is abundantly moistened with a cotton swab soaked in preparation No. 1. Do not rinse your mouth!
Then thoroughly wet with preparation No. 2 (thoroughly shake beforehand).
Only after that the patient can rinse his mouth.
After the procedure, there is no need to dry the surface of the teeth.
The patient can take food immediately.
In the future, the procedure is recommended to be carried out 1-2 times a year.

Deep Fluoride® in combination with highly dispersed calcium hydroxide, applied one after the other to the hard substance of the tooth, provides deep fluoridation of the enamel or the hard substance of the tooth neck.

Deep fluoridation, in contrast to conventional fluoridation, refers to the formation of submicroscopic CaF2 crystals in the depth (inside) of the pores of the loosened enamel zone. They appear along with magnesium fluoride and silicic acid gel after wetting the enamel with preparation No. 1 and subsequent wetting with preparation No. 2 - calcium hydroxide. After that, you can rinse your mouth with water.

In contrast to rather large CaF2 crystals that form on the surface of the enamel during the usual treatment of a solid substance with simple fluorides, for example, sodium fluoride, submicroscopic crystals that appear during the treatment of a tooth with Enamel-sealing liquid are in the depth of the pores of the loosened enamel. Packed in a gel and thus protected from mechanical influences, they constantly release fluorine, which together with the mineral salts of saliva ensures long-term remineralization, increasing it almost 100 times.

The long-term remineralizing effect of the drug is much higher than that of other known preventive drugs.

Immediately after the procedure, the patient can eat. The procedure should be carried out 1-2 times a year.
