Salt system for deep fluoridation of dentin

Ftorcalcit-D is intended for use in dental practice to seal dentin with the aim of:
prevention of caries and relapses of secondary caries after restorations;
desensitization of the dentin during preparation of the cavity and stump of the tooth;
protection of the pulp and dentin during filling of cavities and covering of teeth with crowns.
Treatment of cavities with Ftorcalcit-D makes it unnecessary to use spacers for all types of filling materials.
Properties
The Ftorcalcit-D kit includes liquid #1 and liquid #2.
Sealing of the dentin occurs as a result of the sequential application of liquids #1 and #2.
At the same time, a gel of silicic acid is deposited in the dentinal tubules and at the bottom of the cavity, in which microscopic crystals of calcium, magnesium, and copper fluorides are formed. The reaction product has alkaline properties and has the character of an ionic membrane, prevents the penetration of acids released from cements (including phosphate), monomers contained in composite materials, bacteria and viruses into the dentin and pulp. And the presence of copper and fluorine ions contribute to the high bactericidal effect of the drug.
