Sof-Lex™ (Sof-Lex discs) set - grinding and polishing discs for all types of restorations. Manufactured by 3M ESPE.
They are used as a complex system for grinding and polishing fillings, orthopedic structures made of plastics, metals, ceramics, etc.
Sof Lex discs are convenient for processing flat surfaces of restorations and orthopedic structures, vestibular and lingual surfaces.
Advantages of Sof Lex disks:
• flexible;
• 4 levels of abrasiveness – from rough to super soft (abrasive – aluminum oxide);
• 2 types of base - paper (discs of the black-blue group), plastic (discs of the red-yellow group);
• 2 diameters – 12.7 and 9.5 mm
• The degree of abrasiveness is differentiated by color;
• Discs are firmly fixed on the holder and easily removed.
