Hemostatic ViscoStat -
is a 20% aqueous solution of ferric sulfate with binders.
Hemostatic ViscoStat is somewhat more gentle on soft and hard tissues.
ViscoStat hemostatics were developed and improved for use together with the Dento-Infusor® nozzle (in the form of a curved metal tube, ending in a miniature brush) and the knotted Ultrapak® thread. The Ultrapak plastic bottle is designed for the storage and convenient use of pure cotton retraction knotting thread.
Appointment:
ViscoStat solution is intended to stop superficial capillary bleeding. It can be used during many operations, including pulpotomy. It is most indicated as a hemostatic and retraction agent when installing crowns and bridges. The effectiveness of the ViscoStat solution increases significantly when using special Dento-Infusor devices.
