Sinma-M set - plastic for permanent prosthetics

Indications for use:

• production of crowns;
• lining of fixed dentures (stamped-soldered and integrally cast).

Advantages:

• extended hour of viability of the molding mass in a plastic state;
• optimally selected ratio of hardness and abrasion resistance;
• high cosmetic properties, thanks to the layer-by-layer modeling of the massami prosthesis of different colors;
• high degree of plasticity;
• optimal properties of strength and elasticity.

Instructions for use:

Modeling method directly on the denture frame:

• for this type of work, one-piece metal frames with retention points are used;
• the frame is degreased with monomer (type AKR-7) and varnished (type YZHA-03);
• for the reverse type of dentin, select the appropriate enamel color: enamel color #1 is applied to dentin #6, 10, 12, 14; enamel color #2 is applied to dentin #16, 19, 20, 24;
• the ratio of powder and liquid is 2:1, respectively;
• the ratio of powder and liquid is 2:1.5 - if the technician works with a brush;
• polymerize in a dental pneumopolymerizer at a temperature of 120 °C and a pressure of 4-5 atm for 10 minutes.

Production method by packing plastic in a cuvette:

• in the manufacture of combined structures, one-piece and stamped frames can be used;
• structures are degreased and primed;
• tooth modeling should be done with uncolored wax;
• the powder-liquid ratio is specified above;
• the plastic packed in the cuvette is polymerized in a water bath, heating it for 30-40 minutes before boiling;
• polymerization lasts 45 minutes;
• cooling of the cuvette is arbitrary;
• after cooling, the prostheses are processed and polished;
• color numbers correspond to a single dental shade.
