Villacryl IT is a self-hardening polymethacrylate material and is intended for the manufacture of individual impression trays. It meets the international standard ISO 1567 type II, class I.

1. Preparation
Cover the plaster model twice with insulating liquid Izo-sol. Wait until the insulation is absorbed.
2. Dosing
Recommended mixing ratio: 21 g of powder per 5.6 g (6 ml) of liquid.
3. Mixing
Mix the powder and liquid thoroughly with a spatula until a thick mass is obtained and leave in a closed vessel.
WARNING!
Despite the impression of an imaginary dry mass, in the initial phase of preparation of the material, it is not necessary to add more liquid than the instructions specify.
4. Production and overlay
Hour by hour, check whether the material is ready for work (it does not stick to the hands). At a temperature of 20-23oC, the acrylic dough preparation time is 2.5-3.5 minutes. A high temperature shortens and a low temperature lengthens the cooking time. When the material does not stick to the fingers, it should be carefully kneaded for about 1 minute. Form a spoon on the plaster model, trim the ends, removing excess dough. Prepare the handle of the spoon, and before joining the joint of the handle with the spoon, moisten the glued surfaces with a liquid (monomer).
5. Polymerization
The material self-polymerizes at room temperature. The full polymerization time is 8-12 minutes from the start of mixing the powder with the liquid.
6. Processing
Processing of the polymerized spoon is carried out by the standard method.

Dangers and countermeasures
-Flammable liquid (contains methyl methacrylate) - ignition temperature + 10°C. Keep away from sources of fire and radiation.
- Do not eat or smoke while working with the drug.
Possibility of eye, respiratory and skin irritation. In case of contact of the drug with the eyes, wash them with water and contact a doctor. Avoid inhalation of monomer vapor. Work in a well-ventilated area. The place of skin contact with the drug should be thoroughly washed with soap and water. In case of accidental ingestion, call a doctor.
- Harmful to the environment. Do not throw the monomer into the sewer
- Disinfect the finished prosthesis before placing it in the patient's mouth.
The possibility of transmission of infection. It is recommended to disinfect the cast by a dentist before sending it to the laboratory. The mold should be placed in disinfectants for an hour for no more than 10 minutes.
Storage conditions
- Store in a dark and well-ventilated room at a temperature of 5-25oC in a place inaccessible to children.
- Do not use the drug after the expiration date.
