Crutter is a Ukrainian manufacturer of dental burs.
Each drill goes through an inspection cycle, including:
- Checking overall and main dimensions of tools. The diameter of the shanks is especially strictly controlled, which is guaranteed to be in the range of 1,592 mm for dental diamond burs.
- Inspection of the quality and density of the application of diamond powder on the working surface of boron with the help of a microscope, which ensures its long-term use.
– Checking the absence of radial runout for each sample
- Checking the resistance of boron to sterilization and disinfection by air and chemical methods, which ensures their multiple use, operational qualities and appropriate appearance
- Checking the quality of labeling, which allows our drills not to lose their labeling during a large number of sterilization treatments.
