The Aluminum Oxid Microblaster is a compact, fully waterproof sandblaster for use with abrasives such as aluminum oxide. Processing angle 60 and 90 degrees. The size of the particles is 30-50 microns.

The Aluminum Oxid Microblaster is a portable dental sandblaster for in-zone sandblasting and dental laboratory applications. Surface area and reactivity of treated surfaces increase dramatically after treatment for maximum bonding. The aluminum oxide micro blaster is made of stainless steel and the replaceable carbide tip rotates 360 degrees. The sandblasting tip is fully automated (except for the removable can).

Working pressure from 0.4Mpa. Using a pressure below 4.0 bar greatly reduces the sandblasting effect. In the laboratory, you can use a cylinder with compressed air or CO2. Do not use oxygen, flammable or toxic gases. Avoid exposure to large particles, use filtered air.

It is recommended to use a dehumidifier.

The tank on the sandblaster must be filled 3/4 full with clean, dry abrasive. The abrasive should flow freely when the tank is rotated. The wet abrasive will stick to the walls of the tank and tubes. Abrasives are very hygroscopic and should be stored in tightly closed containers.

The Aluminum Oxid Microblaster has been designed to vibrate almost like a pencil, allowing the thumb to operate the button. Hold the nozzle at a distance of 2 to 10 mm from the treated surface. Sandblasting is most effective using continuous, overlapping motions rather than rapid, erratic motions. The surface must be evenly treated for optimal results.
It should be understood that excessive sandblasting actually destroys some surfaces, such as porcelain.

Nozzles are changed by completely unscrewing the nozzles. Before reinstalling the bit, it is important to remove the abrasive from the cut and surfaces.
